Terms of Use

1. Purpose: These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the relationship between ikbiz Labs ("Company") and the users ("Members") regarding the usage of web-based software development services ("Services") provided by the Company.

2. Formation of Contract: The contract is established when a person who wishes to use the Services agrees to the terms herein and applies for membership, which the Company then accepts.

3. Provision and Modification of Services:
   - The Company provides the following services:
     - Web and mobile-based development requests and management
     - Developer resources and technical support services
   - The Company may modify the Services as necessary and will notify such changes through the website announcements.

4. Obligations of Members:
   - Members must provide accurate information when signing up.
   - Members are responsible for the secure management of their accounts and for all activities that occur under their account.
   - Members must comply with the laws, the provisions of these Terms, and all usage instructions and warnings when using the Services.

5. Limitation of Liability: The Company is not liable for failure to provide Services due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, and acts of terrorism.

Privacy Policy

1. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information: The Company collects and uses personal information for member management, service provision and improvement, development of new services, provision of customized services, and creation of a safe internet usage environment.

2. Types of Personal Information Collected:
   - Mandatory: Email, Password, Login ID, Social Media Account Information (optional)
   - Optional: Phone number, Address, Payment information (when using services)

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information: Personal information of members is retained and used until membership withdrawal, and is destroyed without delay upon request of withdrawal. However, information may be retained for a period as required by laws such as the Commercial Code.

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties: The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the member, except when required by law.

5. Technical/Administrative Measures for Personal Information Protection: The Company complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant laws, and has implemented technical and administrative measures to ensure the safe protection of personal information.
