     1.2 In order to use the Rachel Build ERP Software, you must understand and agree to these Terms of Use.

     2.1 Users who wish to use Rachel Build ERP software must apply for membership on the ikbiz.com website.
     2.2 When registering as a member, you must verify your email to obtain permission to use the ERP software.

3. Restrictions on use
     3.1 If the customer engages in illegal activity, our company may block the customer’s use of the ERP software.
     3.2 Any use of the ERP Software is entirely at our discretion and we may grant or deny such use at our discretion.

4. Service changes and interruptions
     4.1 Our company may change or discontinue the service after prior notice.
     4.2 We are not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by users due to changes or interruptions in the service.

5. Rights and Responsibilities
     5.1 The User must use the Rachel Build ERP Software only for lawful purposes.
     5.2 Users must comply with these Terms of Use, and if they violate them, the right to use the services provided by our company may be revoked.
     5.3 Users may not collect or use other users’ personal information without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
     6.1 In no event shall we be liable for any direct or indirect special, consequential or incidental damages.

7. Jurisdiction Court
     7.1 These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

         - Company's name
         - User's business type to select the right ERP package
